The Director of Accounting is responsible for the organization’s accounting functions, including bookkeeping, AP/AR, payroll, cash management, financial reporting, coordination with auditors, and budget development. Accepting applications now. This position opens in November 2015.

Qualifications include: a Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA desirable); proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks; and at least five years of experience with growing responsibility in diverse accounting and finance tasks, preferably in the for-profit sector. Experience in manufacturing, auditing, and cost accounting are a plus.
The Director of Plant Operations serves as the corporate safety officer, and is responsible for the operations and maintenance of a small-scale gas processing and liquid natural gas storage facility, LNG distribution, and coordination of fueling services. This position is an essential member of the management team, and reports directly to the CEO and assists the executive team in establishing procedures, budgeting and project planning. The Director of Operations maintains relationships with both customers and suppliers. Operating and fuel technicians report to the Director of Plant Operations.
The successful candidate will be equally comfortable in both office and plant environments, with strong communication and math skills, mechanical aptitude, and a direct approach to problem solving. The Director of Plant operations must be confident using Microsoft Office, able to learn customized computer software applications, and comprehend both technical literature and engineering drawings. This position require detailed understanding of safety procedures, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Qualifications include: Bachelor degree in science, engineering technology or related field along with seven to ten years of experience with growing responsibility in a manufacturing environment. Experience in logistics, oil/gas, or chemical industries are a plus. Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) is required.
The Operator / Fueling Technicians have daily responsibilities safely operating and maintaining a small-scale gas processing and liquid natural gas storage facility. Accepting applications after November 1st. Two positions open in 2016.
Daily tasks at the plant include safety checks, equipment and plant operations and maintenance, site maintenance, equipment monitoring, and record keeping. The position is also responsible for loading liquefied natural gas in tank trailers, and delivering LNG fuel to customer locations.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, reliably pay attention to detail, have a strong mechanical aptitude, possess good communication and math skills, and work well with other team members.
Operators and Fueling Technicians work both indoor and outdoor in all seasons; they must have strength and dexterity to operate various tools, physically turn valves and operate plant equipment, lift up to 30 pounds, and operate equipment for filling tank trucks and rail cars. The position requires eyesight, hearing, and mobility to safely move in unpredictable environments over uneven ground, such as port terminals, rail yards, trucking terminals, construction sites, mining and drilling sites.
Qualifications include: a high school diploma with tech school training or an Associate’s degree in a technology-related field (or equivalent); 1 to 3 years of experience in the military, industrial, construction or other environment operating technical equipment requiring diligence, care, quality control and compliance with strict safety guidelines; and a valid driver’s license. A commercial driver’s license is highly desirable. Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) is required.
The Executive Assistant reports directly to the President, providing direct support to the executive team managing schedules, preparing presentation materials, keeping official meeting minutes, writing correspondence, making travel arrangements, and other tasks as required. The Executive Assistant also provides support in the office with filing, record keeping, mail processing, data entry, answering phones, and other administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will help set the tone of courtesy and professionalism in the office. The nature of this position involves handling confidential and sensitive business information, requiring the Executive Assistant to exercise discretion and poise at all times. The Executive Assistant must be capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast paced office environment, and have the ability to help establish and maintain efficient office procedures for the team.
Qualifications include: A degree or certificate in business or a related field; a minimum four years of experience in a professional office environment; competence in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, and database management experience is helpful. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are absolutely required.
The Intern / Research Assistant works with the management and executive team on research projects, financial and data analysis, and other tasks as required to support special projects. Accepting applications after November 1st for one position opening in February 2016.
The Intern / Research Assistant also provides support in data entry and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications include: at least two years college-level study in a business-related field; competence in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, and database management experience is helpful. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are required.
